The Dupli-Color Paint Shop Finishing System Gray Primer has been designed for motorcycle and automotive applications. Its quick drying quality ensures reduced drying and curing time. It is dry to the touch in 30 minutes and has a shelf life of two years. To use this product, first wash and prepare the surface thoroughly with a mild, ammonia-based cleaner and warm water. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth. Then prime the surface with the Paint Shop Gray Primer. Apply 2 to 3 coats with 15 to 20 minutes dry time between coats. If sanding is required, allow 2 to 3 hours dry time before sanding with 1000 grit wet or dry sandpaper. Then apply the color, the mid coat clear and clear coat. Finally, buff and polish the surface. This system is a quick and easy fix option to help ease out your auto body paint job worries.
